Ah, Birthdays. At my office, my team has made a tradition of having cake on each person's birthday. Last week it was my turn to bring in the treat. Since we ALWAYS have cake, and we ALWAYS have trouble cutting it, I decided to bake some cupcakes this time. Low and behold, I found a recipe for Oreo cupcakes, with oreo frosting. I thought, "who doesn't love Oreos?, this will be perfect!", and it was. Everyone loved them.
